RESERVATION PAGE
We have re-opened our facility on Young Pine Road & Lee Vista Blvd and are now taking reservations to make sure we have commercial and non-commercial vehicles separated in the facility. Please take a moment to complete the information sheet and a Condev representative will follow up when a space becomes available.
Gates operate from 5am to 11pm. 24 hour access is available via a separate agreement.
Once your reservation has been made, please text a picture of your Driver’s License to the main facility phone number.

Once your Driver’s License is received, we will follow up to confirm your preferred move in date and send your lease agreement.
In the email you receive with your Esign lease, there will also be a link to create your account. You will need your account number (found on lease) and your unit number (found on lease). To create your account go to www.condevoutdoor.com. Click Pay Online. Choose East Orlando RV & Boat. Click Sign Up. Enter your account number, unit number, etc.
Once logged in please enter your credit card information and pay the balance due. While your rent will be prorated to the 1st of the month, there will be a $1 payment confirmation fee. Then click on Autopay. A copy of your signed leased can be found in your account under Documents.
Commercial use vehicles and trailers have designated parking areas.
All rents are prorated to the 1st of the month.
Leases are month to month, with a 30 day move out notice.
Rents are due on the 1st of the month. Autopay is required but may also be removed prior to moving out.
Your gate code will only activate after you sign the agreement, create your account and pay the balance due.
