For nearly 50 years Condev and its affiliated companies have been actively investing in and developing residential properties throughout Florida.  Drawing on its experience, Condev leverages its longterm relationships with landowners, local government leaders as well as state agencies to identify and acquire well located vacant land parcels for residential development while creating value for its investor partners and owners. 

Once land is contracted and/or acquired, Condev invests the resources (financial and personnel) necessary to obtain the required permits and approvals to make a project development ready. 

Residential development consists of single family, single family rental (detached and attached product), manufactured home communities, and apartments.
